Position Description: Network Runners, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager / Senior Analyst to lead contractor staff and ensure comprehensive operational coverage for all mission-critical areas supporting national security objectives. This role requires leadership, critical analysis, and the ability to support intelligence-focused operational environments through oversight, collaboration, and analytic excellence. The Program Manager / Senior Analyst will support the execution of all reports and deliverables in alignment with government direction, while performing advanced research and threat analysis using specialized databases and analytical tools. The candidate must possess strong communication skills and demonstrated experience in national security or intelligence analysis environments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage contractor staff to ensure performance, including addressing any identified personnel issues and maintaining operational coverage across all critical mission areas in accordance with division leadership priorities.
Work collaboratively with government analysts to define, develop, and execute all required reports and contractual deliverables.
Review and evaluate all incoming reports, intelligence data, collection plans, and operational programs to assess quality, accuracy, and mission relevance.
Develop and project data models and probability assessments based on comprehensive knowledge of current and historical intelligence situations, identifying patterns and trends of operational significance.
Provide specialized research and in-depth threat analysis that is responsive and tailored to meet specific government requirements.
Access and perform targeted research on designated automated databases to identify mission-critical information, download relevant data, and edit or format the results into government-specified outputs.
Perform threat analysis on acquired data, offering assessments and intelligence products that are actionable and aligned with operational objectives.
Develop a variety of technical support documents, summaries, formal reports, presentations, and other analytical products to support the government's information and technical analysis requirements.
Apply advanced analytical and critical thinking techniques to understand complex problem sets, review facts, assess intelligence gaps, make informed judgments, and provide recommendations to senior management.
Establish methodologies for resolving problems not susceptible to standard methods, ensuring innovative and mission-aligned solutions.
Deliver clear, concise, and accurate oral presentations and written reports, especially for findings derived from mathematical or data-driven analysis, tailored for technical and non-technical audiences.
Support leadership and strategic decision-making by providing research-backed insights, operational planning support, and intelligence product development within security-focused environments.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience applying administrative, analytical, and programmatic principles in a security or intelligence-related setting.
At least 5 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience, preferably in national security or government contracting environments.
Experience in intelligence analysis, threat research, and national security-related operations is required.
Strong understanding of security risk management concepts and experience in intelligence-focused operational environments is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Chrome, and tools that support research and analysis.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and communicate technical information to varied audiences.
Experience in preparing and delivering oral presentations, reports, and data analyses to decision-makers.
Must have prior experience supporting FBI contracts.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
Advanced degrees in national security, intelligence, public policy, or related field is preferred.
