Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a Senior Engagement Program Manager (EPM) to support the Department of Homeland Security U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR).


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • The EPM is required to correspond, present, and participate in senior leadership discussions with the OPR/ COR, OPR/Program Manager and OPR/Division leadership to ensure contract requirements and deliverables are acceptable and meet expectations of this SOW and accepted by the OPR COR.
  • Organizes, directs, and manages contract operation support functions, involving multiple, complex, and interrelated project tasks.
  • Manages teams of contract support personnel at multiple locations.
  • Assist in planning, directing, or coordinating the work and performance of all contractor personnel assigned to the contract.
  • Assisting in formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources
  • Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior level of the client organization.
  • Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items, ensuring conformance with program task schedules and costs.
  • Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews and audits.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field and at least eight (8) years specialized experience; or ten (10) years general experience.
  • Specialized experience must include, at least, three (3) years program management experience and two (2) years of specialized experience in managing complex business functions or activities and overseeing the work of employees charged with delivering products and services.
  • Must possess advanced oral and written communication skills; advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Teams, PowerPoint, and Outlook; and analytical skills
